Iguanas, Beetles and Bears - Oh My! Celery Stick snack ideas


Ants on a log are a classic, easy to prepare, and satisfying snack that packs a crispy crunch that kids through the generations love--and kids at heart, too! We've created a series of quick celery snacks that are nut-free and add a twist to the beloved classic.


Iguana Celery Sticks

Ingredients

8 celery sticks

½ cup Cottage Cheese

1 tablespoon Ranch Dressing Mix

12 cucumber slices--sliced in half

2 tablespoons hulled pumpkin seeds


Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese with ranch dressing mix.

  2. Fill celery sticks with cottage cheese mixture.

  3. Place cucumber slices upright in cottage cheese.

  4. Place pumpkin seeds upright around cucumber slices.

Blue Beetles on a Log

Ingredients

8 celery sticks

½ cup Sunflower Butter

2 teaspoons Honey

½ teaspoon Apple Pie Spice

¼ cup blueberries


Directions

  1. Stir together sunflower butter, honey, and apple pie spice.

  2. Fill celery sticks with sunflower butter mixture.

  3. Top with blueberries.


Bears in a Pink Bath

Ingredients

8 celery sticks

½ cup whipped cream cheese

2 tablespoons Strawberry Sugar

¼ cup chocolate chips


Directions

  1. Stir together whipped cream cheese and strawberry sugar.

  2. Fill celery sticks with cream cheese mixture.

  3. Top with chocolate chips.
