Spice It up Sichuan Style

Over the last few months, we’ve been deep diving into Sichuan cuisine. Lip-numbing Ma Po Tofu found at our favorite Chinese restaurants was our only experience with Sichuan foods. After a bit of study, it didn’t take long to discover that the food from this province isn’t just spicy hot. It’s also nuanced in it’s flavorful and overall just delicious!
